About the job As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for the comprehensive, efficient, and effective delivery of high-level administrative services to the Infrastructure Planning and Strategy (IP&S) Unit. You will also assist with specific projects as required, ensuring that the team operates smoothly and efficiently. About the Person We are looking for someone who is passionate about assisting customers and supporting key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to provide high-level administrative support, be reliable, work autonomously, and exhibit a high level of initiative and motivation. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. This role is for three days a week - Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. About Sustainable Infrastructure The Sustainable Infrastructure group is dedicated to maximising value for customers and the community by developing innovative and optimised infrastructure plans, and overseeing the planning, construction, delivery, and maintenance of water and sewerage assets across the state and business. In addition, your responsibilities will include: Fostering trust with our people, customers and community by providing expert advice and service that ensure we effectively communicate and engage audiences with our business strategy and its delivery across South Australia, every day. You will: Building trust with our people, customers, and community by providing expert advice and services. Managing the timely and quality assurance of information for the IP&S Unit including the leadership team. Providing high-level support, including minute-taking, agenda preparation, and logistics management. Supporting the team’s financial and procurement activities. Supporting the Systems Planning teams with enquiries Assisting with WHS responsibilities, ensuring safety and wellbeing are prioritized.
