Your Role: As a Customer Support Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting our clients and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include: Order Execution: Accurately interpreting customer orders, ensuring correct product selection and timely dispatch. Customer Communication: Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing guidance, and directing requests to the appropriate teams. Reporting & Data Management: Maintaining job registers, document management, and supporting periodic invoicing activities. Logistics Coordination: Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders. Collaboration & Support: Assisting internal teams with strong product knowledge and customer-focused solutions. About You: We are seeking a driven and customer-focused professional with: Experience: 2 years in a similar role, such as internal sales, parts interpretation, or customer support. Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy, ideally with experience in SAP, PRONTO, and Microsoft Office Suite. Problem-Solving Ability: A strategic thinker who can manage complex customer queries efficiently.
