About the position: Customer Services Specialist will be the first point of contact for clients’ enquiries for St Basil’s community services and referring them to the correct Program/Service/Centres. This role will also support the manager, staff and clients by holding a portfolio of administration tasks. You will be responsible for Provide information about the St Basil’s, including access to services, eligibility criteria and relevant fee structures. Assisting clients and client’s families to identify their support needs and the relevance of the St Basil’s Program/Service/Centres. Triaging enquiries to allocate to the relevant community staff members. Engage newly referred clients and completing intake assessments and paperwork, Ensure documentary evidence is maintained for all funded participant expenditure and complies with funding body regulations Maintain appropriate referral statistics, administrative records and written reports. Answer incoming calls, referring callers or visitors to relevant staff. Completion of a broad range of documentation as per contractual & St Basil's requirements. Deliver administration support services to the Community team. To succeed in this role, you will have: Experience in an intake or administrative role working a target driven environment. Knowledge and understanding of funding models and services offered by St Basil’s. A broad understanding of both the issues faced by clients and their families, as well as ways to assist with and solve these issues. Demonstrated experience in providing high quality customer service Experience with dealing with complex individuals and situations Ability to act empathetically, with sensitivity and understanding. Strong demonstrated coordination and time management skills.
