About the Team Video Arch is one of the world's leading video platforms that provides media storage, delivery, transcoding, and streaming services. Popular video products of TikTok and its affiliates are all empowered by our cutting-edge cloud technologies. Working in this team, you will have the opportunity to tackle challenges of large-scale networks all over the world, while leveraging your expertise in coding, algorithms, complexity analysis, and large-scale system design. What you will be doing: - Deliver high-quality products on video-on-demand, live-streaming, and real-time communication systems from the backend perspective. This includes designing test strategies, writing test cases, executing functional, performance, and regression tests, verifying bug fixes, and providing comprehensive test reports. - Track task progress, assess potential risks, coordinate across teams, and ensure the delivery of products with excellent quality. - Develop new features for automation and create regression test cases while contributing to the development of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) processes. - Build and optimize development and QA processes to improve overall quality and efficiency. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Go, or Java Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with automation testing frameworks or DevOps practices - Keen awareness of product features and a drive to enhance user experience - Passionate, self-motivated individual with strong teamwork abilities - Excellent learning, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills - Involvement in personal coding projects or open-source contributions If you don’t think you're a perfect fit, you should still sign up to Hatch and create a profile, we'll match you to other roles that suit your profile.
