As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales processes. From handling sales leads to CRM management and administrative support, your efforts will directly contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer relationships. Responsibilities Sales Lead Processing Handle incoming sales leads and inquiries efficiently. Conduct prequalification checks to assess viability and potential opportunities. CRM Administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Ensure customer and sales data is well-organized, complete, and accessible. Quotation Preparation Assist in preparing customer quotes, including responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Collaborate with the sales team to align quotes with customer requirements. Customer Support Fee Administration Manage the administration of customer support renewal fees, including invoicing and payment tracking. Communicate with customers about renewal timelines and requirements. Administrative Support Provide general administrative support to sales and customer service teams. Assist with generating reports, documentation, and other ad hoc tasks. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in the manufacturing or automation solutions industry. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to deliver short presentations to clients. Skilled at managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive approach to achieving monthly and quarterly performance indicators.
