Our client is a locally owned and operated business based in Mildura, Victoria. Established in 1977, it is privately owned and run by a dedicated team of skilled industry professionals. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive administration assistant to join their team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. As an administration assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the team, managing correspondence and maintaining efficient office systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide customer service Answer Phones Generate label job tickets Generate Invoices Finalise end-of-month invoicing Collect and distribute mail.
