Your new role My client is looking to fill a Contracts Administrator role within their team to assist with the administration of projects. This is a new role, ideal for a junior professional or a Leading Hand (LH) or Carpenter (Carp) looking to transition off the tools into a Contracts Administration (CA) role. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the administration of projects, including prices, quotes, and scope of works. Support the Estimator with obtaining and preparing quotes for residential projects up to $5M. Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and scope of works for all trades. Obtain quotes. Track budgets and assist the project team with various administrative tasks. Issue Purchase Orders and manage variations and documentation. Assist the Construction Manager (CM) with documentation, though client engagement will be handled by the CM. What you'll need to succeed Understanding of trade submissions based on project plans. Background in trade or carpentry is preferred. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work both in the office and remotely.
