Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will involve a range of responsibilities, including: Managing end-to-end fortnightly payroll processing for employees in Australia Accurately calculating and submitting payroll liabilities, such as PAYG, payroll tax, and superannuation Performing periodic and exception reporting to ensure payroll, compliance, and regulatory standards are met Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll compliance, best practices, and relevant legislation Processing termination and leave payments as needed Handling expense payments and conducting reconciliations Undertaking additional tasks as necessary by management To be considered for this exceptional role, you will have at least 4-5 years' proven experience in payroll operations within a high achieving company. You will also have outstanding organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, and thrive in a collaborative team environment that values support.
