If you have a background in the logistics industry and enjoy both inbound and outbound calls, this is the perfect opportunity for you Position Overview : As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with delivery inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth coordination of services. Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound calls from customers regarding shipping, deliveries, tracking, and service inquiries. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide updates, and resolve delivery-related issues. Provide solutions for delivery delays, lost packages, or damaged goods with a proactive, customer-first approach. Schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring the efficient management of customer needs. Track and update delivery statuses in real-time, ensuring customers are kept informed. Address and resolve customer complaints, escalations, or service issues in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries and service continuity. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests in the CRM system. Support customer retention by offering additional services, promotions, or solutions to meet their logistics needs. Skills and Qualifications : Previous experience in customer service (preferably in a call center environment) with a focus on logistics, courier, or shipping services. Strong ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume environment. Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – with a proven ability to interact effectively with customers. Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure. Understanding of logistics or courier services, including delivery scheduling, tracking systems, and customer service protocols.
