If you’re passionate about bringing people together through incredible dining experiences and have a knack for retail management, we’d love for you to join our team in the role of Store Manager (Retail) Job Type: Full-time Location: Menai, NSW Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per annum (depending upon skills and experience) The key responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and smooth store functionality. Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve business goals. Manage inventory, including procurement, stock control, and loss prevention. Conduct market research to identify trends and optimize product offerings. Create in-store promotional campaigns, including pricing strategies, to maximize sales. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operational standards. Handle financial tasks, including budget management, sales forecasting, and financial reporting. Provide excellent customer service and promptly address customer complaints or issues. Supervise, train, and motivate team members to ensure a high standard of performance. Monitor and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and drive growth. Foster a positive team environment and ensure alignment with company objectives. Qualifications and Experience A Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant retail management experience, including experience in a leadership role. Australian work experience is required. Skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to make informed business decisions. Adaptability and flexibility to respond to diverse customer needs.
