Key Responsibilities Business Development : Spot new commercial fitout opportunities through outreach, networking, and inbound leads. Client Relations : Build and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring long-term success. Tender & Proposal Coordination : Lead proposal submissions, ensuring competitive pricing and clear , compelling presentations. Negotiation & Closing : Finalise project terms with clients, securing deals and meeting sales targets . Reporting & Strategy : Provide regular sales forecasts and updates, contributing to strategic growth plans. Your Skills & Experience Preferred (not essential) background in construction or shopfitting sales. Excellent communication , negotiation , and relationship-building abilities. Self-driven , with a strong track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals . Previous experience in pipeline management and KPI achievement is a plus.
