The successful candidate will have a great understanding of client needs and translating them into effective product solutions. Description Develop relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions. Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure customer needs are met. Provide technical support and product training to customers. Attend industry trade shows and events to represent the company and build relationships. Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and competitive offerings. Work closely with the customer service team to ensure high customer satisfaction. Profile A successful Sales Engineer should have: Strong understanding of industrial/manufacturing processes and products. Excellent technical and problem-solving skills. Strong sales and customer relationship-building skills. Reasonable knowledge of filter pressers and thickeners including reading drawings Ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work well in a team environment.
