The Role: Working alongside a results-oriented and highly dedicated leadership team within a newly refurbished state-of-the-art showroom, you'll have the opportunity to help drive our vision of defining and maintaining the exacting standards to which BMW customers truly deserve . With a large range of continuously replenished used vehicle stock , you'll have the opportunity to service an untapped consumer market , generate fulfilling customer connections while taking advantage of an uncapped commission structure . You'll be tasked with being proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership's customer base. Much like the commitment we have to our customers, we will commit to you though enabling your ability to meet key sales targets within a growth-oriented team environment.
