The Role: Working alongside an experienced and talented leadership team within a state-of-the-art showroom, as the Assistant New Car Sales Manager, you'll have the opportunity to help drive our vision of ' Complete Customer Satisfaction' . With an extensive range of new vehicle stock inside of the largest BMW dealership in Western Sydney , the opportunities are endless for you to form meaningful customer connections while taking advantage of an uncapped commission structure . The successful candidate will possess excellent operational knowledge of DMS & CRM systems and have excellent operational skills to help assist the New Vehicle department. Prior experience supervising and leading a team of Sales Consultants will be viewed upon favourably.
