This role offers a unique blend of hands-on leadership and strategic collaboration to maximise sales and optimise inventory performance. This role will be based at our Daimler Trucks Brisbane dealership. Key Responsibilities: Customer focus: maintaining positive and harmonious working relationships with internal and external customers. Achieve sales and profit targets while maintaining inventory within policy limits. Ensure vehicles meet VTC standards and are marketed professionally online. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Collaborate with the national team on strategies, market analysis, and stock audits. Analyse and resolve issues with slow-moving inventory. What We’re Looking For: Proven sales management experience in automotive or trucking industries.
