The Role: Reporting directly to the General Sales Manager, you will join a results-driven and highly committed leadership team. As the MINI Sales Manager in our newly refurbished, state-of-the-art showroom , you will be responsible for leading the MINI Sales department and guiding a team of sales consultants to excel in key sales areas, driving performance and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will possess excellent operational and communication skills with a passion for leadership. Prior experience supervising and leading a team of Sales Consultants will be essential.
