Your future in food starts here | Livestock Compliance Administrator THE OPPORTUNITY About the role This role supports the Livestock department in ensuring compliance to legislative and processing requirements, whilst actively working to improve both animal welfare outcomes and overall process improvement across multiple KGF sites. Location: Kilcoy KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Implement and enforce high standards of compliance in all aspects of the KGF Livestock Supply Chain across multiple KGF sites. Support Livestock Coordinator’s in their day-to-day functions, with the ability to complete all tasks when required. Work to create a culture of integrity and accountability within the Livestock Team and build and maintain transparent relationships with key stakeholders, such as Quality Assurance Ensure industry AAWCS policy is complied with and exceeded, producing excellent animal welfare outcomes Learn and stay up to date with Livestock Coordinator roles and responsibilities, so support can be given when needed. Liaise with Quality Assurance and other relevant teams to ensure that the Livestock Team is always audit ready and can constantly contribute to delivering a product which meets all specifications. ABOUT YOU To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring the following experience and qualifications: Previous experience in, or a passion for the Beef Industry Commitment to processes and appropriate legislation Willingness to complete Animal Welfare Accreditation Interest in continual personal and professional development Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement in all aspects of work Excellent attention to detail Effective time management skills with an ability to work autonomously, under pressure and to deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivation and ability to demonstrate initiative and contribute to team performance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.
