Partner with a well-established and growing Brisbane-based Managed Service Provider that specializes in delivering exceptional IT support and solutions to SMBs across a variety of industries. As a result of increased demand, they are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to join their team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in providing top-tier technical support and customer service while resolving issues up to a Level 2 capacity. About the Role Coming into this business, you will support up to an L2 capacity; Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing escalated tickets from the service desk queue, triaged and assigned by the Service Desk Coordinator. Troubleshooting and resolving issues involving virtualization, server, and cloud environments. Providing support for Windows and Office 365 environments, addressing system and software-related challenges. Ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to meet client expectations. The technologies that you will be supporting include; Office 365 (including SharePoint / OneDrive) migrations, administration and support.
