About the Role Deliver a high level of customer service within a multi-disciplinary team environment, work autonomously, prioritise a workload, and establish good work practice by focusing service delivery on the client. Undertake secretarial functions such as coordinating appointments, diary management, scheduling appointments and meetings, secretariat to meetings and any other administrative/secretariat support as required. Provide high level of reception and administrative support to wards/units during periods of relief for bayside facilities. Monitor and maintain information/health records systems (both manual and computerised) for preparation of new records, file retrieval, filing, clinical reports and patient demographics.
