We are continually looking at ways to improve our underground operation and refine how we make our existing mine perform at its best and into the future. The role of Senior Mining Engineer is a key position, reporting directly to a very experienced Technical Services Manager and focused on the production planning responsibilities of the department. The role has four direct reports primarily working across Short term planning, Stope design, Development design, Drill& blast, Ventilation and Backfill. We are looking for an experienced mining engineer, familiar with UG hard rock mining, who has the desire to be a leader, safety and people focussed, has continuous improvement mindset, strong teamwork and communication.
