No worries - we have regular intakes What You’ll Do: Engage with customers to understand their needs through insightful questioning and recommend health insurance plans that meet their unique objectives. Build strong relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Show resilience and maintain high levels of motivation while handling a high volume of consecutive calls. Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored product options to clients. Effectively explain pricing, coverage options, key features, benefits, specialised services, and a wide range of product choices. Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective goals. What You’ll Bring: Previous sales experience is a strong asset but not required. Thrive in a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
