As the first point of contact for OC’s newest office on the South Coast in Goolwa, the Reception & Administration Officer plays a critical role in shaping our clients' experiences. This role involves providing top-notch customer service and administrative support to our clients as well as to our property management & sales teams. Key Responsibilities Include: Managing the reception line, answering all incoming calls, and directing through to the appropriate team member Overseeing management of property keys and liaising with both external and internal stakeholders Managing the enquiries email inbox, ensuring efficient query distribution Addressing sales and property management-related queries where applicable Managing ingoing and outgoing mail for the site Preparation of lease packs and lease pack compliance Reporting on current leases within the database Managing auction materials and conducting routine audits to ensure readiness for the weekend About Us: Founded in 2014 by Alex Ouwens and Nathan Casserly, Ouwens Casserly Real Estate (OC) has rapidly expanded over the past 11 years.
