Benefits EAP Program International Travel Opportunities Central office location with onsite parking Opportunity to make your mark and grow an established channel The Role Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, the Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth on the Value Add side of the business. Managing large existing clients including but not limited to Unilever, Sanitarium, Noumi, and Sunbeam, and end users in the bakery and patisserie space. You will; Identify and drive sales across value-add opportunities with new and existing clients in the food and industrial manufacturing space Use your technical expertise across NPD, production processes, quality standards, and regulations to effectively communicate benefits to the customer Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across the processing business to develop new product and ensure operational efficiency Attend and present at Industry events Take ownership of Budget Management, Sales Forecasting and Reporting Skills & Experience You will possess an extroverted and resilient personality, be committed for the long term, with a drive for growth, development and promotion. You will be someone who does not shy away from working in a highly KPI driven environment, and have the ability to travel interstate approximately every 6 weeks. You will have demonstrated; 5-10 years of sales experience in the food industry a strong technical understanding of food processing and ingredients.
