Introduction Protech have an exciting new opportunity for an Administration Support Officer to support our Account Manager based on-site at an Open Cut Mine located near Mackay Description About the Role: This role would suit a motivated and passionate individual who wishes to form a career in Administration within the Mining/Account Management Industry. This position will be based on-site on a Monday to Friday roster. Reporting to the on-site Account Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to: Data entry and system administration in line with Protech standards Monthly meeting minute taking Scanning & filing documents Assisting the Account Manager with on-going field employee management Preparing reports and data as requested from the Client and/or Account Manager Weekly timesheets Assisting with a range of adhoc tasks and errands Desired Skills and Experience: Demonstrated experience in Administration (Mining background will be highly regarded) Intermediate experience with Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams & Outlook Highly organised with attention to detail Goal-orientated and results driven Ability to work within a close-knit team and unsupervised We set our team up for success with clear targets outlining exactly what is expected of you, so that you can grow with the organisation and learn new skills, all while having fun and enjoying a positive workplace culture, where we work together to get the job done.
