The Opportunity: In this role, you will manage lease administration, ESG data collection, and provide vital support for property-related activities. What You'll Do: Lease Administration: Manage lease renewals, terms, and compliance. Data Collection & Reporting: Collect and update ESG data, ensuring accuracy in databases, and assist in the creation of ESG reports and disclosures. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams and external partners regarding lease terms, sustainability efforts, power consumption, and more. Administrative Support: Provide essential support, including organizing meetings, invoice approvals, and other general admin tasks. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Operations department on various projects and initiatives as needed. What We Are Looking For: Mandatory: Minimum 3 years' experience in property administration, preferably within a multi-site industrial portfolio. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and motivated approach. Proven ability to support property administration activities and improve processes. Experience in managing ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting. Ability to monitor lease performance, compliance, and ensure accurate lease information. Preferred: Understanding of ESG issues and trends. Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and standards. Experience using property management tools like Lease Eagle, Optima, or Diligent.
