About the role Permanent part time opportunity to provide an efficient and effective client focused administrative service to the multidisciplinary team and patients who utilise the services of the Healthy Ageing Assessment and Rehabilitation Team. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Queensland Health (QH) core values as outlined above. Demonstrates a commitment to ensuring a high standard of patient care through exceptional administrative support, professionalism, and organizational skills. Effectively manage high-demand workloads and competing priorities, consistently meeting deadlines in an ever-changing environment. Demonstrated ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity within Queensland Health (QH) computerised information systems whilst working within a Rehabilitation Outpatient Service in accordance with SOSIS Guidelines. Develop proficiency in systems such as ESM, ieMR, HBCIS, SRWS, S4 HANNA and Microsoft Office Suite to effectively manage patient flow, appointment scheduling, digital charts, batching, billing, referrals, and patient registration. Ability to work within HAART to successfully facilitate, promote and adapt to change to ensure continuous improvement in processes providing quality care to patients.
