About the role Provide daily supervision, leadership, continuous improvement, support and co-ordination of a multidisciplinary administration team, supporting key functions within Cancer Care Services (CCS). Effectively plan and coordinate the rostering of staff covering a range of shift responsibilities and to manage the daily functions in the achievement of departmental goals and objectives with service delivery in mind, to enhance patient care. Mandatory qualifications/professional registration/other requirements Ability to lead a large multi-skilled team in a highly customer-centric environment. Prior experience in change management principles would be highly regarded. Ability to work flexible hours to ensure staff support at all times. Individuals appointed to this position will be required to work at various locations within Metro North Health to meet business requirements (e.g., to backfill leave and/or manage and support AO3 Administration Officers at North Lakes, The Prince Charles Hospital, Bribie Island and Caboolture, etc.).
