Description About the role Brisbane Girls Grammar School welcomes applications for the position of Enrolments Administrator. Reporting to the Head of Enrolments, the Enrolments Administrator is responsible for building positive relationships with prospective and waitlisted families, while also guiding enrolled families through their orientation journey. With the introduction of the Junior School (Years 5 and 6) in 2026, this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful engagement and enrolment process for these families. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, exceptional communication abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills. They will also understand the importance of establishing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to foster positive community engagement.
