We would like to hear from experienced, hungry, and results-driven Area Sales Managers for our Crestmead branch. The key focus of this role will be establishing new accounts and increasing awareness of our brand, available services, and product range in the QLD market. This challenge will reinvigorate your passion and drive for sales. We offer a generous base salary plus superannuation, coupled with unlimited earning potential as you will also be part of our uncapped commission structures. Based out of our Crestmead branch this is a full time role working Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm. Other duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Identifying new business opportunities and potential revenue streams. Establishing yourself as an industry client solution partner. Driving revenue growth to meet and exceed agreed-upon targets on a monthly and annual basis. Establishing and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate quotes and advice on hire and sales solutions. Liaise with clients to provide updates on job progress, delivery schedules, and any issues related to transport services or rentals Spending time in the field by conducting customer site visits that strengthen business relationships. As well as a person who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication, and Continuous Improvement, we are looking for someone with a hunter's mentality; a real hunger and drive to seize any opportunity regardless of what challenges may arise, in addition to this they will have; Previous experience, ideally 2 years, in a similar position with a successful track record for achieving results through influence Experience within the Hire industry working with access equipment will be highly regarded. Hardworking with a results-driven mentality. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. The ability to effectively work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and successfully prioritise work. The ability to plan ahead with exceptional time management skills. Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Initiative, the ability to present new ideas or approaches to their role, embracing continuous improvement. A fun, energetic, and hardworking approach. A desire for longevity with their employer, turning a role into a career. Current driver's license.
