The business is now searching for an experienced Retail Manager responsible for the overall operations and profitability of Butterboy Retail Stores. Retail Manager Duties and Responsibilities will include: Responsible for the running of the overall retail business and the management of Retail stores to reach their respective goals, KPI’s and budgets. Manage all aspects of the Butterboy Retail Stores, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, including but not limited to promotions. Effectively monitor and evaluate store performance Implementation of financial goals, targets, wage budgets and check for adherence to agreed indicators. Create and enforce a stocktake schedule for retail and beverage spaces, ensuring stock is displayed effectively and maintained at optimal levels Lead and work with Marketing team to implement brand and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support retail sales growth through promotions, in-store displays, and digital marketing strategies Ensure compliance with WHS Legislation. Contribute to the development of a Food Safety System for all Butterboy stores and work areas including training, compliance and documentation. Ensure Risk Assessments (e.g. Safety Inspections and Hazard Reports) are conducted and safe work methods are developed.
