The Centre Admin Coordinator will provide high-level remote and in-house support to the Centre in managing the Centre’s day-to-day administration when their onsite Centre Admin is unavailable or as directed by Green Leaves. The Centre Admin Coordinator will also assist with onsite and in-house training including but not limited to Salesforce and QikKids training. They will be involved in the second interview and conduct a one-on-one phone call with any potential Admin Candidates. Additionally, the Centre Admin Coordinator will also monitor the Weekly Administrator Workflows and report back to Family Care Manager on Centres who require additional assistance and build a support plan. Skills And Experiences About the Role Welcome children and families with a friendly and professional demeanour whilst maintaining security by recording all visits Conduct visitor tours, and assist with children's enrolments and new team orientations Utilise our Salesforce and Qikkids systems, to manage parent accounts and monitor ongoing payments with follow-up as required Prioritise tasks, focusing on managing phone, email, and walk-in queries with relevant information as per company procedure Liaise with external suppliers/contractors and report back to the Centre Director with quotes/expenditure requests for submission (as per company procedure) Perform general administrative tasks in an accurate, reliable, and honest manner Available to work Monday to Friday between 6.30 am – 6.30 pm Skills and qualifications required: High proficiency in the QikKids software system is desirable Working knowledge of CCSS (Child Care Subsidy System) Guidelines Excellent computer skills with knowledge in the Microsoft Suite Highly organised with proven experience juggling a wide range of demands and priorities to produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service skills - both written and verbal with the ability to handle difficult conversations Current QLD Working with Children's Check (Paid Blue Card) Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one Happy to participate in a full police check (paid for by us) Benefits Competitive Above Award wages Generous staff discount of 75% off the gap fee Access to internal training guides and videos Health and Wellness program Barista coffee brekkie on us Uniforms provided 24/7 access to a large online library of learning and development Car parking available Fully supported by our centralised Family Care team via phone and email This is a personally rewarding role where you can impact the lives of many.
