Project Administrator – 16-Week Contract We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support our clients project manager and ensure smooth operations. This role involves coordinating project administration, managing schedules, and ensuring all deliverables are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Daily submission of timesheets for all employees. Organising employee travel between Cairns and the project site. Managing project logistics, schedules, and timelines. Professionally liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers. Scanning and filing receipts/invoices for Accounts Payable. Overseeing internal purchase orders for the project. Filing incoming and outgoing emails in appropriate project folders. Scanning and filing vehicle and job prestart forms. Managing and maintaining Safety Work Method Statements (SWMS) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) documents. Recording and documenting Toolbox Meeting minutes. Prioritising tasks, creating workflows, and providing documentation to internal teams. General administrative tasks, including handling supplier delivery receipts and internal company documentation. Skills and Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong time management and organisational skills. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Solid understanding of administrative processes and systems. This is a 16-week contract offering a 10/4 rotation schedule .
