This organisation specialises in the development and management of various sectors of property. your role As the Administration Manager , you will work directly with the Centre Manager and support the wider team. You will be the first point of contact for tenant-related queries, managing day-to-day administration, and ensuring smooth operations across the shopping centre. Key responsibilities include: Managing tenant accounts, including rent escalations, arrears, reconciliations, and invoicing. Maintaining lease documentation, tenant contact lists, insurance records, and tenancy schedules. Building relationships with retailers and addressing queries confidently. Assisting with reporting, sales analysis, and operational tasks. Conducting centre walks and supporting the Centre Manager with incident reports, HSE issues, and contractor management. your advantage The following skills and experience are highly advantageous: Retail property experience Proven debt management and accounts receivable background. Exceptional organisational and communication skills. Experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
