There is a current need for Commercial Contract Administrator to join their team. This is a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for an experienced contract administrator who is used to that. There is also the potential, for the right candidate, to move into a Project Management role. Promotion from within is very big for this company. The role Prepare and review tender packages for subcontractors; Monitor all aspects of the project to ensure compliance with the Contractor; Provide support and training to project teams with procurement, contract administration and risk management; Analyse, interpret and report results of contract compliance, including having foresight into when action may need to be taken; Analyse data, prepare reports and deliver insightful information for better decision making; Coordinate and facilitate negation of contracts; Ensure all deadlines and contract conditions are met; Ensure all client requests and interests are understood and met at a high quality; and Review subcontractors and insurance policies. About you Ideally at least 3-5 years post graduate (Bachelor of Construction Management or Quantity Surveying) experience; Experience working within commercial and / or high-end residential ranging from $10m-$50m; Extensive experience in the South-East Queensland construction market; Excellent written and verbal communication; Proven negotiation skills; and Proven ability to follow instruction, perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
