About the role We have an exciting full time permanent opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant/ Freight handler/Driver at our Depot in Busselton. Benefits: Full Time Permanent position 15% superannuation Monday to Friday shifts 8:24am to 4:30pm High priority to safety and keeping our team members safe All PPE and uniforms are provided Licences: FL Licence- required C class licence required (MR licence is an advantage) Some Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain effective telephone communication with customers; General office duties including reception, customer service, data entry, filing, incoming/outgoing mail; Compliance with Express Parcels Workplace Standards, Policies and Codes of Practice; Forklift operation; PUD as requested; Scan left over freight into Depot; Have visibility and follow up freight left in the depot by drivers; Awareness of DG handling/storage requirements; Support PUD small parcel fleet; Assist in keeping yard tidy and hazard free; Act in accordance with HSE responsibilities; Perform other duties as required in line with business objectives and as directed by your manager within the limit of your skills.
