Your Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day contractual operations of multiple projects. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior contract administrators. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and industry regulations. Assist Site Managers with safety investigations and ensure OHS adherence. Prepare and manage time extensions, variations, and cost forecasts. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to identify improvements and solutions. Support tender preparation and provide regular progress reporting. Collaborate with Project Managers on claims, queries, and project delivery. What You’ll Bring: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction. Background in Quantity Surveying (highly regarded). Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members. Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to build effective stakeholder relationships. Commitment to health, safety, and compliance standards. Perth-based with full work rights in Australia.
