Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate structural and façade works from inception to completion. Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and review project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and technical reports. Solve complex engineering challenges with innovative solutions. Skills & Experience Required: Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent). Experience : 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, ideally on large-scale or complex projects Expertise : Knowledge of façade systems, structural analysis, and relevant Australian standards. Strong problem-solving and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
