Spectrum Transport is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Coordinator to join our team, based in Ingleburn Southwest of Sydney working closely with our Eastern Creek team. The Role As a valued member of our team, you’ll have the chance to grow your skills in a dynamic and ever-evolving industry. In the role of Administration Coordinator , you will be essential in ensuring smooth daily operations at our depot. Your key responsibilities will include: Invoicing and general administration duties Tracking freight and inputting proof of deliveries (PODs) Data entry Responding to customer service enquiries via phone and email Cross-checking deliveries and ensuring accuracy Booking consignments and responding to customer requests Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to assist in achieving optimal delivery outcomes. Data entry of freight bookings into Transport Management System About You To excel in this role, you’ll have at least 2 years of fast paced administration experience , ideally in transport, logistics, or delivery services. We’re looking for someone with: Strong planning and communication skills Attention to detail.
