An exciting, growing Project Management Consultancy based in Melbourne’s CBD, as a Project Administrator for a cutting-edge Data Centre project. This is a 12-month contract opportunity that offers the chance to work on a high-profile project while gaining valuable experience with a rapidly expanding consultancy. This position is based in the inner West. The Project Administrator position is a key role providing support to the Project Management team for a wide variety of tasks within the areas of back-end operations, project administration, internal & external reporting, and cost analysis. Managing invoicing and purchase orders Assisting with project documentation, coordination, and reporting Managing schedules, budgets, and procurement processes Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Maintaining and organizing project files and records Assisting with risk management and compliance documentation Providing administrative support to the Project Manager and team Key Requirements: Experience in project administration, preferably in the construction or data centre sectors Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Procore (desirable) Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn If you have the relevant experience required and are keen to apply for this role, please apply using the button below.
