Job Opportunity: Contract Administrator (3-Month Contract with Potential Extension) Location: Wollongong Office & Sydney Sites A well-established and growing small fit-out builder is seeking a Contract Administrator for an immediate start. This is a 3-month contract role with the potential to extend longer, offering the opportunity to work closely within a dynamic team. Key Details: Position : Contract Administrator Contract Duration : 3 months (with potential for extension) Work Schedule : 3-4 days in the Wollongong office, 1-2 days on Sydney site Start Date : ASAP Responsibilities: Manage all contract administration duties, ensuring contracts are properly executed, including variations, progress claims, and invoices. Assist in the preparation of tenders and cost estimates. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain project flow. Track project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all milestones are met. Collaborate with the project team on site issues and resolve any contract-related disputes. Requirements: Previous experience in contract administration, ideally within the fit-out industry. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel to Sydney sites as needed.
