Indigeco is partnering with a leading NSW M&T team to recruit an Administrator for a key support role. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to dynamic projects while enhancing your administrative expertise. Contract Details: Job Title: Administrator Location: TBC. Parking available on site. Start Date: 27/01/2025 End Date: 26/07/2025 (initial term, with potential for extension or temp-to-perm). Working Hours: 5 days per week, office-based with potential work-from-home flexibility. Pay Rate: $35-$37 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Manage access permits for site access across five major projects. Upload staff and subcontractor details and documentation into client systems. Collate and verify subcontractor information for accuracy and compliance. Cross-reference inductions and licenses to ensure standards are met. Support the Access Permit Coordinator and Asset Team in high-volume tasks. Key Challenges: Balancing multiple priorities across projects. Ensuring all data is accurate and submitted within tight deadlines. Learning new systems and processes efficiently. Essential Skills and Experience: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive. Adaptable to dynamic environments and high workloads. Experience with online permit management systems is valued but not essential (training provided).
