Job Description Our client is a nationally recognised training organisation specialising in quality training solutions for organisations and individuals. The right candidate will be an integral and effective member of the Training Administration Team and provide excellent administration support to RTO staff, as well as quality customer service to employers and students. Job Responsibilities: Answer phones, emails, and handle correspondence, ensuring that communication is timely and professional. Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets. Assist in the preparation of presentations and other company materials. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records. Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or degree in administration or related field preferred.
