The Role Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Representative, with a base in NSW and a background in B2B Sales, within luxury jewellery or watch sector. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in B2B growth, cultivating strong relationships with high-end clientele, and creating unforgettable experiences for partner retailers. In this dynamic, travel-focused position, reporting to the National Sales Manager – for Wholesale, the Sales Representative based in NSW will oversee a prime territory - NSW, NT and WA, manage key accounts and explore new opportunities to expand brand’s influence in the luxury market. This role is ideal for a polished and motivated professional who thrives on relationship-building, strategic thinking, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Driving Sales and Performance Actively pursue and close sales to meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets. Present the fine jewellery collections to B2B clients, showcasing their exclusive appeal and craftsmanship. Use a proactive approach to uncover new business opportunities and secure partnerships with high-end retailers. 2. Relationship Management and Delivering Unparalleled Client Service Build and nurture lasting relationships with retailers, ensuring their needs are met with a tailored, client-centric approach. Offer personalized support and follow-up services to create trust and loyalty. Act as a brand ambassador, sharing your passion for fine jewellery and educating clients about the brand’s distinctive collections. 3. Strategic Account Management Oversee a prime territory and maintain key accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction. Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the B2B network across the designated territory. Develop tailored strategies for targeting new clients. Collaborate with the Wholesale Sales Manager and marketing team to drive innovative initiatives that increase brand visibility and market penetration. 5. Teamwork Work alongside a supportive and talented team of industry experts, sharing insights and best practices to achieve shared goals. Contribute to a collaborative environment that values growth, learning, and celebrating successes. 6. Analyze Data and Market Trends Monitor sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to identify opportunities and challenges. Prepare and present regular sales reports to inform strategic decision-making. Continuously optimize sales processes and tactics to improve efficiency and results. Skills and Experience Proven experience in luxury sales, with a preference for jewellery or watches. At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, including account management. A strong understanding of the luxury market and the ability to deliver client experiences that reflect high-end standards. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with diverse clients. An entrepreneurial mindset with a keen eye for new business opportunities. Flexibility and eagerness to travel extensively, including attending trade shows. Australian driver’s license.
