Key Duties and Responsibilities Customer Support: - Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and live chat queries in a friendly and professional manner and resolve customer concerns, including troubleshooting solutions. Appointment Setting: - Schedule appointments for consultations, installations, and service follow-ups, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination. Installation Bookings: - Manage and confirm bookings for installations, ensuring all details are accurate and communicated clearly to customers and relevant teams. - Maintain a high level of booking accuracy to minimise rescheduling or cancellations. Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless handovers for technical issues. - Accurately update customer records in the CRM system after each interaction We are really keen to hear from candidates who exude high energy and have a great 'can do' attitude. Experience in the solar energy sector is not necessary, but experience in a phone based role or call centre environment is highly regarded. Our client will provide full product training to the successful candidates, as well as ongoing phone sales and customer support coaching. With multiple positions currently available in this highly successful and close knit team, the role offers a generous hourly rate of $30 plus super commission. Successful candidates must be reliable and able to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week, working from the office located in North Sydney. Full time hours are also available.
