Click HERE to express your interest in upcoming mental health careers About the role The Administration Coordinator reports directly to Nurse Practitioner – Women’s Recovery Network Shepparton Spoke. The Administration Coordinator is responsible for collaborating closely with the WREN team to provide administrative support, ensuring that their focus remains on patient care. The Women’s Recovery Network (WREN) team is multidisciplinary, encompassing Consultant Psychiatrist, Nurse Practitioner, Consumer Peer Worker, Carer Peer Worker, Registered Nurses and at times an Allied Health Graduate such as a Graduate Mental Health Social Worker. WREN service is a unique public-private partnership with Goulburn Valley health, Alfred Health and Ramsay Health Care. The WREN program works with women aged 18 experiencing mental health difficulties for approx. 1-6 weeks, providing diagnostic, psychological, pharmacological and psychosocial intervention. The team is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to efficiently manage the administrative tasks associated with the Shepparton WREN program. This role involves effective communication, data management, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the program's administrative processes. We are looking for: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Excel, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task Position Description: CLICK HERE If qualifications are a requirement for this position, please attach a copy in support of your application.
