Our first store has just opened in Castle Towers, and we are here to change the face of beauty with more stores to come. About the role: Our Retail Managers are the leaders of our brand. They’re the customer service experts who know how to welcome and inspire people and connect with them on a personal level to help them be the very best at work. On a daily basis you will inspire our team to be confident in making our customer feel one-of-a-kind through exceptional and individualised customer experience. You’ll apply your passion for beauty, skincare and wellbeing to lead from the front and empower our team members through ongoing training, mentoring, coaching and feedback, to ensure our team members feel supported and set them up for success. You will lead from the front and support our team members in applying their training, product knowledge and skills to make our customers glow inside and out.
