We are seeking an experienced Assistant Development Manager or Coordinator to join a multifarious property firm, thriving in the retail, residential and educational sectors. It's imperative that you have previous retail property experience, with a focus on tenancy engagement and coordination and a strong understanding of leasing. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, design, and execution of property development projects from inception to completion. Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential development opportunities. Support the preparation of financial models, budgets, and forecasts for development projects. Liaise with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and schedules. Assist in ensuring all projects comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards. Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality. Contribute ideas to enhance project efficiency, sustainability, and innovation. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with property development software (e.g., CAD, Estate Master) is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated interest in property development and a desire to build a career in the industry.
