They take care of their staff and for this reason have many long-term team members on board. They are now seeking a Project Manager/CA to be based in their Osborne Park office. Reporting into the Estimating & Scheduling Manager the role will work across projects assisting through the construction process liaising with clients, reviewing cost management with estimating, overseeing contract administration including variations while working closely with sales, design and construction. Strong experience in contract administration. Exceptional communication skills for client liaison. Ability to read and interpret preliminary designs, specifications, and drawings.
