The owners are looking to focus on other areas and are hunting for an experienced retail specialist to help take their business to the next level. Focused on the automotive power system market they already have an excellent brand and an exceptionally loyal customer base. This has created a great foundation for new opportunities and business growth. Due to the geographically spread nature of their stores, significant travel will be required. Approximately 1-2 weeks each month, depending on your base of locations. For your application to make it into our short list we are looking for a few things: Demonstrated experience managing a multi-site retail operation. Please outline the size of the operation and scope of your responsibilities A detailed understanding of the retail sales pipeline, from initial enquiry through to follow-up after care. A structured approach to team engagement, building a positive culture, training and development Expertise in business analysis, from stock control through to wages and rostering.
