Good news, T2 Tea is looking for an part-time Assistant Store Manager to help lead its passionate team at Robina About the role Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the retail store with leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock. Coach the team to deliver exceptional experiences for our customer to shop seamlessly throughout the store. Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs for the store. Lead the store and team in absence of a Store Manager on duty. Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities. Encourage development with the team by providing timely feedback. Sunday-Thursday roster (inclusive of Thursday night late trade) Regular Sunday work is required for this role. About you Passionate and motivated to deliver results and will confidently support your manager and team. Have great communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills.
